I've been living in this city for five whole years now, and it never ceases to have my heart. Here's a brief look into how I see my home -- one that's a constant work in progress.
While documenting the 2016 election, I strived to capture the supporters on both sides, as well as the emotional outpouring that followed. I started election night at the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel that served as Trump HQ, where supporters watched the incoming results. The remaining stills are a mixture of onlookers in the streets of New York on the night of November 8th and demonstrators in Washington, D.C. in the months leading up to the inauguration.

While in Zanzibar, I loved hanging out with the kids who seemed to make the shoreline their jungle gym. From leaping into the ocean, to climbing up rocks to watch the dhows go by, the children owned the sea.
